📦 Order Processing

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing includes:

• Payment verification

• Order preparation

• Packaging

• Quality inspection

Orders placed after 2PM CST will begin processing the following business day.

Please note:

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Estimated Total Delivery Time

4–8 business days (processing + shipping)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

💎 Savvy Protection (Shipping Insurance)

For added peace of mind, customers may purchase Savvy Protection at checkout.

Savvy Protection helps cover eligible packages in the event of:

• Loss during transit

• Theft after delivery

• Shipping-related damage

If shipping protection is not selected, Savvy Xtensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or modified. If a cancellation request is approved within the processing window, it will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellations will not be approved due to customer error, including but not limited to:

• Selecting incorrect length, texture, or color
• Entering an incorrect shipping address
• Choosing the wrong product or quantity
• Failure to review product descriptions or policies prior to checkout

By placing an order with Savvy Xtensions, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to verify all order details before submitting payment.

All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and quality control standards, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

• Returns
• Refunds
• Exchanges

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be altered under any circumstances.

Exception — Error on Our Behalf

We take full accountability for any mistakes made on our end.

Replacements will only be considered if:

• You received the wrong item, or
• Your item was damaged prior to shipment

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

24-Hour Claim Window (Eligible Cases Only)

To submit a claim, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Order number
• Detailed description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product(s)
• Photos of original packaging

Failure to provide all required information may result in denial of your claim.

If approved, we will provide instructions for resolution, including replacement if applicable.

Shipping, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Savvy Xtensions is no longer responsible.

If your package is lost or stolen:

• Contact the shipping carrier directly
• File a claim with the carrier
• Use order insurance (if selected at checkout)

We strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance for added protection.

What We Do Not Accept

We do not honor requests for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Claims made after the 24-hour window
• Used, installed, altered, or tampered hair
• Products without original packaging intact

Hair must remain unused, uninstalled, and in original condition for any claim to be considered.

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact Savvy Xtensions directly to resolve any issues.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider without first attempting resolution with us.

Unauthorized disputes may result in:

• Permanent account restriction
• Order cancellation without future service eligibility

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

⚠️ Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Savvy Xtensions is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

• Returned packages due to address errors

• Delays caused by inaccurate shipping information

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
